1. Register for the Event
The deadline to register is Wednesday, July 31, 2024. Complete your meeting registration HERE. Check your spam folder for a copy of your completed form.
Meeting Registration Inclusions:
- Return airport transfer in Cancun
- Accommodation from December 8th to December 11th
- Welcome Reception
- Business Meeting

2. Confirm your Check-In and Check-Out Dates
Wake up in style and comfort in rooms that immerse you in the splendour of luxury. All rooms will have an ocean-front view featuring one king size bed with custom headboards, a sleek private terrace or balcony, lavish bathroom wrapped in white glass, and complimentary mini-bar, refreshed daily. 24-hour room service and 24 hour concierge service is included with your stay.

3. Book Your Travel Arrangement
Cancún International Airport (CUN) serves as the primary gateway for the Cancún Metropolitan Area in Quintana Roo, the Mexican Caribbean, Riviera Maya, and Yucatán Peninsula.
Once you’ve submitted your registration form, a committee member will connect with you to gather the necessary information in order to book your flight and prepare your transfer to and from the Airport.
